In CSI we cannot book single articles for FM, COD etc for bulk customers. Bulk customers have to prepare excel or csv files and bring them to post office. This preparation of excel will be difficult to do.

Please remember that you can only prepare only one bulk list at a time. After one CSV is prepared and if we try to create new CSV , old CSV data will be lost.
Steps for preparation of CSV.
- Click on Start Batch to prepare a new list.
- Click on process articles to start entering article details.
- you can edit and delete articles using edit and delete options
- After completion of processing articles you view the list.
- Then click on Create CSV file and this CSV file has to submitted in CSI PO.
