The final decision is that 4 Divisions, 1 from each Circle, will be rolled out on 13th, 20th, 27th March and 3rd April.
That means 4 x 4= 16 Divisions will be rolled out by 3rd April.
Lots of time has been given for training and sorting out all the problems.
TCS and the CPMsG will work in close coordination to make it a success. I shall personally monitor on a daily basis.
