Hello and welcome from PO Updates.
It came to our notice
that many of our operative staff are not adequately trained to work on Finacle.
We all know that due to huge migrations in short period all working staff could
not be trained properly. We can't blame our administration for this. They are
also working tirelessly for getting offices to online platform. Migration to
finacle is the need of the hour and please don't question that. What we can do
is to quickly learn the finacle procedures and give our best support to the
administration.
Since administration
alone is facing lot of difficulty in providing training to staff, we at PO
updates have taken this as a challenge and have come forward to offer training
to our staff. We are doing this with the sole motto of bringing everyone out of
misery and trying to protect the honor of our Department.
What we can do is to
provide with easily understandable training material to all the staff. This
training material will be so easy to understand that even a 6th class boy can
do transactions in finacle after reading it.
We request all the system
administrators and SPOCs to inform your PAs who you think are a little
uncomfortable with finacle. Tell them to enroll for this online training.
Since many of our working
staff are not very comfortable using internet we have decided to send training
material directly to email. We will be sending one article everyday to your
mail id. It will be very simple to read.
We hope that everyone
will make great use of it. Further details (Date of start of training
etc) about the online training will be intimated soon. Keep visiting the blog
and don't forget to enroll.
