Solution for the RD modification error - "E4927-acctCommonInfo.acctGeneralInfo.acctBasic.foracid-cannot perform the requested operation.Account Maintenance Pending verification"
> Generally when try to verify the modification which was
done in the counter PA sometimes the system will automatically goes to
modification function.
> This happens mainly for claim closures for RD accounts.
> This happens due to the CIF id of the customer is in
suspension state.
> When we try to verify the modification using CRDACM in the
supervisor then the system sometimes shows the error
"E4927-
acctCommonInfo.acctGeneralInfo.acctBasic.foracid-cannot perform the
requested operation.Account Maintenance Pending verification" in DOP
Finacle.
> The error screen shot will be as shown in the below figure
Reason:
The issue is because cif_id of the mentioned account has
been suspended and modifications are pending for verification in CRDACM.
If the CIF status is in suspension status then the system
will not allow to clear the modifications which are pending for that
corresponding RD account account number.
We can check whether any pending verification exists or
not using the menu HAFI
Solution:
In order to solve the above problem we have to follow the
below steps as mentioned
1. Unsuspend the CIF_ID in CMRC menu in the counter PA login
and verify the same in the supervisor login
2. Verify/Cancel the modification which was done earlier
using the menu CRDACM in the supervisor login for the specified RD account.
3. In the next use CMRC modify the customer to suspension
state in the counter PA login and verify the same in the supervisor login.
4. Finally invoke the menu CRDCAAC and proceed with death
closure in the counter PA login and verify the closure of RD account in the
supervisor login.
