If a Customer approaches Post Office Savings bank for withdrawal by POSB cheque or Presented the POSB cheque for any other account opening or presented at the Bank, In some cases, there will be no account number present on the cheque and if he also forgot to bring the passbook while withdraw, then there is a procedure to find the account number using the cheque number in india post finacle.
1. Invoke HINQACHQ menu in supervisor login.
2. Enter Cheque number
3. Enter SOL ID
4. Click on GO (F4)
5. System will display the Details of the customer having that cheque.
