they sent correctly or not, whether they are cleared at Bank or not, whether

Step By Step Procedure in Detail - India Post Finacle Guide
1.Invoke HOIQ menu
2.Enter Instrument No.
which is nothing but cheque number
3.Click on SUBMIT(F10)
4.System will display some
parameters like
a) Instrument Amount
b) Sort Code
c) Bank Code
d) Status of the Cheque
(Whether Regularized or Not) etc.,
5.Click on the View
details Icon for
a) Instrument Date
b) Enterer User ID
c) Verified User ID
d) Entry Date
e) Verified Date
f) Regularization Date
(If Already Regularized)
g) Bank Name etc.,
