Procedure to find the forgotten instruction number when an account scheme is changed using HACXFRSC in DOP Finacle


Generally In India Post Finacle, we use the menu HACXFRSC to change the scheme code of an account i..e, for example if we want to change the SB normal account to cheque account.


When we change the scheme code of an account at Counter level the system will generate the instruction number for any reason if the user forget to note down the instruction number we can trace the number using the menu HAFI.

Step By Step Procedure in Detail - India Post Finacle Guide


1.Invoke HAFI menu
2.Enter the table short name as "SCT"
3.Give two blank spaces in the Ref. No field
4.Enter the field Entered By as "User name of the person who have done transaction"
5.Enter the field Entered on as "Date of transaction"
6.Select the Authorized option as "All"
7.Click on GO(F4)
8.Then the system will display the list of unverified instruction numbers.
