Step By Step Procedure in Detail - India Post Finacle Guide
Before Proceeding to the closure of
RD Loan Account, we must payoff the loan using HPAYOFF menu. After Payoff, Follow the below steps.
1.Invoke CAACLA menu
2.Function - Close
3.Enter LOAN A/C ID
4.Click on GO(F4)
5.Click on SUBMIT(F10)
6.Verify the transaction in the same
menu in supervisor login
Note: Before proceeding to loan account closure, Loan must me completely paid off using HPAYOFF menu.
