Step By Step Procedure in Detail - India Post Finacle Guide
1.Invoke PRDCM menu
2.Function - Continue
3.Enter the RD A/C ID
4.Click on GO(F4)
5.Enter the required
number of months to extend.(Normally it will be 60).
6.Click on GENERATE
7.Click on SUBMIT(F10)
8.Verify the transaction
in the same menu in supervisor login
9.We can view the
maturity date in CRDACM menu to confirm the Extension
Note 1:
In the following
scenarios extension of an account is not possible.
1.
Before the date of maturity of account
2. If
any pending or defaulted installments are there
3. If
any loan due amount is pending for repayment
But in Sanchay for point
2 and point 3 extension is possible but in Finacle this is not possible
and the same reported to help desk and got the reply waiting for new rule
to amendment from the directorate.
Note 2: Modify the standing Instruction Details
for the RD accounts having automatic transfer from SB accounts
